Why is there moisture in the packaging?
Andes tapioca pearls are wet tapioca pearls with over 30% moisture content. When there is a large temperature difference, condensation may occur, and the moisture inside the packaging is a normal phenomenon. It is safe to use.
When the vacuum packaging is damaged, can the product still be used?
Before shipment, we check the vacuum seal. However, due to inevitable bumps or friction during transportation, the vacuum seal may be compromised. If the packaging is no longer vacuum-sealed, please do not use the product and contact us immediately.
